How it works
This tool establishes a direct connection via XHR/Fetch streams to our edge servers. Unlike old Flash-based tests, this measures throughput using the exact same protocols your browser uses to load websites and stream video.
Download Phase
Binary streams of random entropy are pulled in parallel chunks to saturate the downlink.
Upload Phase
Generated blobs are pushed via POST requests to measure upstream bandwidth capacity.
